Heat-resistant stainless steel elbows in seamless and welded (butt weld) design – in stock
Our range includes both seamless and heat-resistant welded stainless steel elbows. Depending on the application and requirements, we offer the right solution for high-temperature zones — whether you need a stainless steel pipe elbow or a butt weld elbow.
We permanently stock heat-resistant elbows in proven materials such as:
● 1.4841: seamless elbows, 17.2 × 2.0 to 219.1 × 6.3 mm
● 1.4845: seamless elbows, 21.34 × 2.77 to 219.8 × 8.18 mm
All further dimensions — from a 2 inch stainless steel 90 degree elbow to larger sizes — can be covered at short notice through our worldwide network.
To which standards are the stainless steel elbows certified?
Our heat-resistant stainless steel elbows are manufactured and certified to the common international standards and codes. These include in particular EN 10253-3 and EN 10253-4 for pipe fittings, as well as ASTM A 403 and ASME B16.9 for international use.
All elbows are supplied with inspection certificates to EN 10204 and meet the requirements of DIN/EN as well as ASME. This ensures that the components can be used worldwide and satisfy the highest quality and safety standards.
These elbows are permanently kept in stock for you.

Which elbow angles are available?
The stainless steel elbows are available in various angles, allowing flexible adaptation to any piping run. As standard we offer a 45 degree pipe elbow, a 90 degree pipe elbow in stainless steel — the stainless steel 90 degree elbow used in most layouts — as well as 180° bends. These different angles ensure optimal flow guidance and integrate easily into existing high-temperature systems.
Which bend radii and designs such as SR, LR or BA5 are available?
In addition to the angle options, our stainless steel elbows are also available in different bend radii and designs. These include SR (Short Radius) and LR (Long Radius), as well as further variants such as BA2, BA3 and BA5. The long radius elbow is preferred for smooth flow and low pressure loss, while short-radius versions save space. These designs allow precise adaptation to structural conditions and specific requirements in pipework construction — especially in high-temperature applications, where dimensionally accurate components are decisive.
